Women Cell

The Women Cell of the organization is committed to promoting a safe, secure, and inclusive working environment for all women employees. It aims to uphold dignity, equality, and respect, ensuring that every individual can work without fear of discrimination, harassment, or bias.
The cell actively works towards:
- Creating awareness about women’s rights and gender equality
- Promoting a positive and supportive workplace culture
- Addressing concerns related to safety, well-being, and empowerment of women

Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)

• In compliance with the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the organization has constituted an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to address issues related to workplace harassment and ensure a safe and respectful environment for all employees.

• The Committee is responsible for receiving complaints, conducting fair and confidential inquiries, and recommending appropriate actions in accordance with the applicable rules.
